Check if the systems on the same network are active or not.

This is a part of a power saving initiative. where the systems are switched on for 24 hours but people work only 8 hours and the system is left switched on for the remaining 16 hours.So i have a task of making sure that all the systems are turned off once the associates are done with there shift.this had to be done for around 70 systems on floor.
