What is the difference between SAP S/4HANA On-Premise vs. S/4HANA Cloud Edition?

The main difference is that in the On-Premise version you have total control over the data since it's saved and maintained on your local servers. But if you have space issues or not the capability to host your own servers, the Cloud version is SaaS, which is hosted on SAP's servers & is entirely maintained by SAP.
