The operating system of the server is Debian, the HTTP web server is Apache Tomcat, and the user access Java application. It should be possible that the respective user knows the next scheduled restart time, postpones or re-schedules the restart times.

However, this is not always the case; Some mobile versions are worse, difficult to understand and take too many clicks to see some information. So, in some cases it will be better to go back to the desktop version.
