google country search

If someone is searching for a law or something other very country specific he/she probably wants the search results only for that specific country. For example: When I search the internet via google for "Umsatzsteuersatz" the result pages are filled up with sites from germany containing information about 19% but where the aim of my search was to find sites from austria.
