Export as ics file
Once you added your google calendar to your iCal, you select it -> Edit -> Export as ics.
Then you save the ics file locally where you want. Double click it to import it to your iCal again but this time you import it to an existing iCloud calendar.
After this the calendar is syncronising automaticly with all your devices.

you get an invitation to a google calendar and also want it to put it into your calendar cloud of your personal iCal to sync this with your other devices of apple.
NOT: download it to every device each time.
Installation of an iCal Server on Mac OS X Leopard
Apple’s description of the iCal Server installation process is very scarce. Apple’s Directory service is required to authenticate users and a correct DNS configuration is required to enable Directory service. DNS is a problem if you have a local network installed with Airport.
